This was a tough decision, but I chose John: Rise Up because itís the page I occasionally go back to and sniffle while watching. SO MANY EMOTIONS.

Also gradients with paper are hard. :<

They are a bunch of different brands, but mostly Bazzill Basics [link] because it seems to be the only brand of plain card stock thats almost everywhere. I just go to places that sell scrapbooking paper and have a look around, really! They usually have plenty of plain card among the pretty patterns.
