This is some brilliant fanart for an overloked Pokemon. Once again, I love how you used textured paper for certain parts of the body. And you got all the colours down pat. How do you even find paper of the right colour?

So awesome... It's *almost* discouraging me from making cut paper Pokemon since these ones are so amazing. I will just have to keep at it and improve!
One question, how many layers of foam squares did you use for this? It has a lot of depth.

It has two layers of squares so three layers of paper. Back of the wings and tail at the back, then the body, then everything else at the top. :>
